UBI gama
Is anyone experiencing a problem with a UBI gama?
It unscrambles for 20-30 secs then scrambles for a few minutes.
It just keeps doing this over and over, this started happening when they moved off B3 so I have been told.(the person scanned the new frequencies)
Or was it just a coincidence?
The card worked perfectly prior to this.

This sounds interesting - I have access to a Gamma but have never been able to receive any UBI channels - If you let me know the transponder frequency details I will do a check on my gear and see what happens.
It sounds like there may be different versions of "seller" Gammas out there which could give a clue to how these buggers are put together.
Arnt they sold as one or the other?

As far as I know the counter measures have stopped the cards from working. An updated file and a rescan seems to solve the problem. The Epsilon cards seem to differ in that they are sensitive to multiple ECM requests and shut down for a time.
what file ? Is it available for public ? Or is it one of those secret sellers files ? If you have it , care to share.

I thought that the file is available publicly. Other than that we all know that the secret files will stay secret for a long time till this is all over.
