    Default BIOS Advanced Settings

I've come across these settings after pressing ctrl + F1 in my BIOS

    PCIe Spread Spectrum Enabled
    SATA Spread Spectrum: Enabled
    HT Spread Spectrum: Disabled

A couple of others but they are set to Auto. Like Memory settings and timings.

    I have a Gigabyte GA-M56S-S3 MB.
    AM2 6000+
    Kingston DDR 667Mhz Ram.
    Palit 8800GT Supersonic (OC Card)

I may try overclocking the CPU now I have the new Zalman 9700LED Cooler.

Can anyone give me some insight to what those settings are, and what should they be set to.

    Thanks.
