Yes PAS8 has changed it's name to Intelsat 8 and there is 2 in the menue of the strong and yes you need Intelsat 8/ku as the other I8 is for C band. but for you to get I8 as well as C1 you would have to have more than one LNB and a Diseqc, is that what you have?

Mark your bracket on your pole as well as mark you elevation. You need to lower the elevation of the dish by a few deg and turn the dish around the pole approx 4-5 mm. If you can see your box (with a signal quality screen up)while doing the adjustments while using the sat finder also all the better. Let us know how you go.

If you are behind the dish you are turning it right. Only 4-5 mm though.

What type of LNB are you using?
If it's a 10700 for example then the type is 'single' and then you can type inthe freq manually if it's not in the list. 22khz should be off if not a universal.

You have a 10700 so you need to change type to single and enter the LNB freq 10700, 22khz off, Diseqc off, LNB pwr On.
