out where the MYOB Data files (.PLS, .MYO).

when you have it all sorted, you might want to show them how to use the backup function (file/backup) to back up to a usb stick or cdr/rw.....
There is some password protection on it
and he has to use a passware key thing to
unlock it but he has to drag the file to this program to unlock it
but he cant find the file
