gammacards and strong 4800ii

Hi I am new and would like some help.
Has anyone been able to get a gammacard working on a strong 4800ii box and if so how?

i also own a 4800II have not got my W2 back yet but i did purchase a new cam for it.

I forgot to say that my cam is
Provider IRDETO ACCESS
version = DVB_C1_V1.00
for the strong 4800ii

do I need a different cam and if so where can I get one.?

You probably need one of the newer purple ci cams.,they're everywhere,new or used,Ebay,satshops. etc.

Will not work with a whitey as has been mentioned you need a purple ci cam

I have a strong 4800II and a purple cam i will test it later to nite and see if it works.
