Default Dish to decoder setup ??

Hi all , got a few stupid questions on how / what my new setup should be.

Ku dish & motor ?? (approx 90cm if i can get one 2nd hand) to change between multiple satellites D1 D2 Pas 2 & 8 Asiasat 4 etc...

OR will 65cm be enough ??

    then into a multiswitch with sat/terestrial inputs ( 4 outputs ?? )

then to the current 3 TV points in my house atm

then to my 5400z hummy .

Any suggestions on brands / models of gear to buy ??
LNBF ?? single output dual polarity OR dual output ?? 10700 ??

Do I need a Diseqc switch for only 1 dish even though i want multiple satellites ?? is the dish changing done by the decoder or diseqc switch ?? both ??

IF I connect 2 or 3 decoders , then do I need a dual output LNB or can it still run via single output through the multiswitch ?? ( i think yes.. but i'll let those who know tell me )

any help muchly appreciated & will consider to buy/accept anything on offer ( specially in Perth)

    thanks all..

Normal and +40 preset skew required. Two LNBs.

If you get it working this far, I'd quit while you're in front.

You problem is you can't have the receivers at the 3 outlets controlling the H-H motor. Only one receiver can control it at a time. The second issue is going to be the lnb skew between the optus sats and the rest. There has been a couple of posts on the in the last couple of days.

OK.. i will clear the " 3 points" up 1st..

currently have 3 TV points.... Will only have 1 using satellite at a time..
will move the decoder from lounge to projector if need be for "main events" etc..

OK as for the different satellites, I obviously need to get details on what satellites have what skew....

if it comes to the "crunch" optus sats get the boot..

    OK ...

It seems I'm wayyyyy of in the weeds on what to use & how it might be setup for what I would like to try..

Can anyone advise me on what I need & how it should be setup please..

I want to get a Ku dish & motorise it so it can run between a few different satellites...

Also want to use the existing RG6 coax to my TV's hence the use of a Multiswitch ( so i am told )
& Assume i need the Diseqc switch to direct the motor to change the dish ??

ANY help very much appreciated by me...

    thank you
