I heard these boxes are just rebadged Arion's. And apparently the Arion's went down today too. So maybe a firmware upgrade is required for them too.... I could be wrong of course...

    Cheers All....

Since it has the same innards as the Arion, I can't see why it wouldn't be able to use the same firmware (if/when it becomes available)....

Yeah, a seller has confirmed that all Dizipia's went dead today. This box is manufactured by the same company as Mediastar I believe, except the Dizipia is licensed irdeto, so am not sure what happened there, but it seems our friends didn't like the fact that it was running whities

At this stage there are no firmware updates for either the Dizipia or the Mediastar DX-602 so am also in the same boat as you guys with my DX-602

Luckily for me though, as I was going to buy the Dizipia this week

    Hi Guys,

I've been told that the Dizipia's are working again. Can anyone confirm this and if so, was a firmware upgrade necessary to get them working?

There was an problem a week or two ago with Supernet 488A's, but the issue disappeared shortly after. Maybe the same has happened here.

Thanks mate, maybe, who knows? the boxes are pretty unstable these days. Is the Supernet 488A behaving well and keeps updating the whitie ok?

Cool. I might get one while they try and find a solution for my dead Mediastar When you say "hick-up" do you mean that the card had to be kick-started on another box before being able to work with the Supernet, or did it do the updates by itself after that "hick-up"?

Nah, just going on what I heard. Supernet is apparently updating just fine.

It could take upto 3 hours or more to catch the update, so leave it on overnight and see what happens.
