I am having issues with oscam, attempting to use tweaked oscam with my ass-star 5.3 card. This is what is in the logs (card reader is jaycar serial):

put the programmer in Phoenix mode. Jumper on the MAX232 chip side and make sure the switch is in. Also make sure the clock is set to 6Mhz ensure the chip is down in the programmer. also ensure the power is on the power supply.

Programmer was in Phoenix mode (also tried smart mouse), jumper is on 6Mhz and the switch was pressed in. :/

OK, I have set both of those keys to zero as suggested in other threads... I continually get the following:
