I was working on another ps2 slim 75001 gh-040-52.
What happen was i ended up when i was trying to solder sx wire to the part and the part came off the bourd, also another part that is above it and its black and that came off at the same time.
I remove the chip and wires to test system now i get this, the system stays red it wont turn and sometimes it will go on and other times it will not.
is there a way to fix all of this and what are those two parts?

They look like mini diodes, why dont you just solder them back on
take it to someone who knows what they are doing and pay them
chances are if you have done this already chances are you can't fix it.
Sell it as parts on ebay
Get a fine tipped iron for starters.
The parts are unmarked in your pix and there is no location number to help. They could both be smd caps, or a cap and a link, or a bleh and a blah, and so on. Only people who will know are those with plenty of experience with these units, or those with schematics (for your exact version). Persoannly I doubt you will find either as most repairs for these devices would be board replacements.
In other words, you now have a nice paperweight.

efab's advice is pertinent.
Considering you claim to do a lot of this work suggests you offer this as a chargeable service to others, not just a DIY on your own equipment.
To lose components during soldering indicates you are insufficiently skilled in this type of work, which is fine as learning experience if it's your own gear you've destroyed, but not so if you are selling your 'expertise'.
In this case, you may need to replace the board.
