Default Help to flash a Relook 400s with stable image

Hi I have a Relook 400s with the standard DGS 2007 image . The recording is very unsatble on Irdeto 2 with sound sync problems the biggest problem . Is there any one in the Brisbane South G Coast area who is able to help me flash a new image say a highland with Gbox ?? I dont want to stuff the box up after reading stories on here about flashing these units?
    Tks

if you have no LNB power how is this so? Do you have the correct LNB settings? Is you're LNB powered ? is it a motorised dish?
Do you have signal? Does this dish/LNB set up work with other STB's?
    Have you visited ?
A highland image is so easy to use & very easy to set up on these relook 400's
