Destinator 7 - How to enable saying road names

Hi,

I have Destinator 7 installed on my HP 6965 Pocket PC. I also have TTS installed. What I would like some advise on is how to enable the feature that would get the software to say the road name instead of the road number eg. say Springvale rd instead of S18 or some other obscure number

I have looked in the web and most say that you should be able to enable in the Prompts and Language menu in settings. I can't see any of that in the menu. Is there some other way of enabling this feature, say by modifying some ini files?
