Thumbs up Homemade Hydrogen hybrid generator

Well i got the unit together this arvo for a test.

Draino and distilled water for electrolite, started at 9/10 amps ended with 18 amps, a little heat.

I will be testing the whole setup in cpvc next week as its far more pressure and heat resistant.
Its the same stuff that plumbers use for hot water setups and industries use for heat and acids.

Hmmm looks like its going into the car once i get the plastic casing sorted.

Talking Ain't gunna tell you where I live.

To think that I played with making gunpowder and nitro glycerine when I was young.
I survived, somehow, and am thankful that I don't live next door.
Kindest Regards, " The Druid ".

PS:Caustic Soda is the principal ingredient in Draino, and considerably cheaper.

Whats wrong with my Lebo wiring Ftoking? lol

Yes caustic soda aka Sodium Hydroxide is the main ingrediant of draino.
At $4.00 a container and only needing 1/4 of a teaspoon its cheap and convenient enough.

The burn test didnt catch the force of hydrogen/oxygen gas exploding.

It got the family and neigbours out in a big hurry though.

Mental note to myself to wear protective eye and ear wear.

So when can i get some nitro off you beer4life?

Well made some calls today and spoke to some plastics gurus.

The correct plastic to be used is not cpvc, but instead hdpe and all joints must be electrofusion welded.

Hdpe is safe at over 95 degrees/c and has a softening point at 125 deg/c

It absolutely amazes me how they have shut off the legitimate use of agricultural fertilisers under the guise of preventing bombers.
Now with a little know how, you can manufacture immense quantities of "Nitro". Dare I say, more suited to your needs than " ANFO ".
Suggest that you move further away from the neighbors though, they do tend to become jealous if you have more bang than they.

Kindest Regards, " The Druid ".

Caustic is nasty stuff,bi-carb or vinegar would be safer.

Also the fumes generated contains some of the castic which slowly eats aluminium. Not good for todays alum alloy motors.

Try it for yourself mix some caustic and water add alum can and by next day can is gone.

Incitec wanted to stop making An in Aust [ they where getting hammered by the imported stuff, Lithuaniun An was really good] but needed some thing to get out of / change their contracts supplying the mining sector so if you can get the govt to ban it thats nice and convenient. Bali was pot chlorate based. The year before it was banned I spread about 150 tonnes of AN

    Bullshit!

If you are using caustic soda in a stainless steel electrolysis cell, the "fumes" will not eat aluminium. The liquid will, but not the hydrogen and oxygen gases that come off.

Also if you are using a bubbler between the electrolyser and the engine intake then the risk of getting caustic into the engine are very slim.

Good work, time for neutral plates and some electrolite

Hint, would be better if we could hear you not the foreground music.
My ears hurt trying to listen to you.

    Still good work.

    Looks like a Joe Cell...

If you play the music backwards in that youtube video you can hear him saying "I am Joe, Orgone power all the way, I eat babies."
