Worked fine for me in Chrome.
I got those iLivid the first go but that's because I was clicking the wrong sneaky download button. You need to click the Slow Access button. Then the yellow/orange Download button. Then finally the red circle download button.
Still a popup when you click each button though!
Anyway, I think I prefer the 2013.10 Sensis maps over these 2013.20 NAVTEQ maps. The Sensis ones seem to be more detailed in my area.

I downloaded with Firefox and had nothing like that, and have had no problems afterwards. So I suppose it (the problem) must be in the popup?.
Is the change to NAVTEQ over Sensis (WhereIs) a permanent one?

For those who have the nuvi 34xx and 35xx, great news!!!
ASR 2.0 files for the nuvi 34xx/35xx now available !!!
1) Extract the 3 files in to your nuvi's X:\.System\ASR folder. You can also remove they ASR 1.0 files if you had downloaded and copied them as they are not required by the 34xx/35xx.
2) Ensure you do not have any other version/country map enabled on your nuvi (in the 34xx/35xx, you can untick maps), otherwise you will still get the error "This feature is not available for blah blah blah". 3D & DEM Maps are OK to have enabled.
3) Voice Command should now work on your nuvi 34xx and 35xx!
This has been tested and is working on my nuvi 3590LMT which was purchased in Germany loaded with EU 2013.10 maps.
Apparently Garmin has indicated that there will still be updates to the Sensis maps for those that have them to honour things like lifetime map updates. How these will be designated is unknown so far as only the Navteq map has been released.

Tried with firefox & download was slow then failed at about 80%.
Tried again today with IE using Orbit downloader,, all good, no warnings, just lots of adds, fairly quick.
Must have just been a bad hair day for Norton.
