Thinking out loud, you could have it arm and disarm a phantom area and map the relays to follow the armed state of the area.
Is there a way where you can badge a reader, so it can unlock all the doors then badge a reader to lock all doors

Tecom uses Macros, and Concept uses Calculated Auxiliaries.
Either way, a door list is used, and upon presentation of a card at a particular reader, all doors lock or unlock!
Provide information about what panel you are using, and I can be more specific.
One way to Lock/Unlock all doors, Also arm /disarm is to provide a button near or next to reader. this is an input.
Write macro with input changed, and presence of card (s) X secs then to toggle/pulse Relays and Arming/disarming as required.
Been doing this for 15+ years in Schools and Govt. Depts.
