    Default Control room grading

I'm working on getting a control room graded (A1) and was looking for any tips or pitfalls that others might have to offer. Most of the major items are in place but was wondering what to expect or the small things that caused problems. Any idea on how long an inspection can take and what tests might need to be completed?

Dont test your UPS just before the real test, if they dont charge back up in time you fail

It's not the small things that cause the big problems. They're easy to fix. It's the large things, e.g. structural integrity, electrical engineering, mechanical services that can become a very expensive or project-fatal mistake if not planned correctly.

Where are you up to in the design/construction stage? Some issues are cheap early, expensive late.

Kudos to you for your effort. Ungraded monitoring providers are like unlicenced drivers as far as I am concerned. PM me if you'd like to discuss any sensitive issues offline.
