Chinese GPS - error - Application AMIGO.EXEe encountered a serious error and must shu

Hi

I have purchased a Chinese GPS and after a couple of weeks when I start the GPS I keep getting "Application AMIGO.EXE encountered a serious error and must shut down."

System info..

RomVersion: 82F.2018.36Me584Q
Software version : V3.6.E018.12.3
OEM Info: YFAtlas4

Copyright YF international.

I have tried factory rest without any luck. Any ideas what may be wrong?

I had the same problem... I downloaded the igo exe And maps...and replaced them on the unit
All works fine
