Done,
I love my firefox
And its free.
What happens if I press alt + F4?
full of bugs with vista, fine with xp...........
User reports:
"Unfortunatley, I was hoping that the memory leak problem would be an issue of the past. Just finished testing and it seems that the memory leak issue still persists."
No real problems with Vista at the moment. Only problem I have faced is finding a new theme because the one I was using isn't updated yet.
Coding in C is like sending a 3 year old to do groceries. You gotta tell them exactly what you want or you'll end up with a cupboard full of pop tarts and pancake mix.
using it on windows xp pro, all good so far
I have been using Safari from apple for a few weeks now , was a firefox user but I noticed a lot of People visiting my Website where using it, so I downloaded and its not bad.
Anyone else played with it?
I quite like the new version... have had no problems with it and it does have a smaller memory foot print.
Least we can all agree all of them shit all over IE :P
Has the 64Bit gone final yet?
Still using Firefox (aka: Minefield) 3.0pre....
It has stuffed my fav icons on the bookmark bar. Some were custom and the have defaulted back to crap defaults.
I use Firefox and Opera (the paid version of Firefox) and with every new version there are fantastic improvements.
The one thing that still irks me is that some sites still use MS Internet Explorer exclusive script (java or activex) and I have to revert back to the stoneage and fire up MSIE!
Hopefully at some point in time Firefox and Opera will be fully compliant!
Love Firefox always have but..... one thing I dont like is the address ( awesome bar ) I prefer the old way better...
