I talked to the TMR guys and they reckon something about changing a belt pulley to the supercharger and just doing that could take it near 300kw....(maybe an ECU adjustment as well I would suspect)

But...they recommended doing it when the warranty had run out...LOL

Correct, a larger crank pulley or a smaller supercharger pulley increases the speed of the blower in relation to the engine speed, increasing boost.

They however may need to fit tighter pressure relief springs to keep the pressure inside should the boost go a little high.

Went for a spin today and the young lad was looking under the bonnet and reckoned i should have a red TMR oil filler complete with logo.

Sure enough looked at the photos I took before last service and it's plain as day...I've been ripped...it's got a standard non TMR filler cap.

(you can see it on post 32 as well)

Last service they must have flogged it.

Will be on the phone in the morning Godzilla...

Damn bastards.....make sure you take it to the top, heads should roll when you leave a limited production performance vehicle and they thieve from it.(or any vehicle for that matter)

Hmmm on the other hand im surprised that the dealers feral's didn't steal the car itself.

I was going to start about taking your love to Werribie but dont want to place any honest law abiding members that may live there in the same pidgin hole as some inbred ferals.

One thing ive picked up on at Mistu service departments is the amount of uneducated, inexperienced cowboys working inside....i think it has something to do with the cheapest man for the job.

Of course the foreman is the one with the factory training (and most likely qualified), supervising his team of monkeys that are most likely on bail.

Very sorry to hear....KICK SOME BUTT!!!!

Zed took the TMR 380 for some flat out spins down his private road the other day and recorded it.

Supercharger whine is there, not too in your face.

60Kph first, 100 second, 160 third, nice and smooth.

Nice pull, no lag like a turbo setup, torque for the word go.

Note to Zed, you need a longer road. LOL

OK now post your Yaris, we can make a direct comparison with Zeds 380.

I think Youtubes 10 minute video limit may just be enough for you to get up to 100Kph.

Funny bugga...maybe we can compare lap times at winton from my racing days? It was about the only track that I didnt stack at! Still remember being tapped out down the end of the main strait at 13500 rpm and my KR1 siezed! It was scarier than any stack!

KR1 would have a LOT of fun at Winton.
Scary shit when it all stops, had an 88 RGV doing 140 do it to me near Kynton, gets things pumping, especially on the road.
I do not condone speeding but I do it like everyone else.

I hated Winton. Very smooth worn surface, there was always shit all over it (oil, engine parts(!), big chunks of rubber...) and that infield sweeper was a killer how it tightened up on you...Broadford was much better and there was no cages to pass on practice days... And then there was Philip Island - pure heaven...

Broady is a handful across the top on an R1, too much work and not enough result for a little, unfit guy like me.
    Bring on the Island anyday.
