delete app problem

Hi i have an optus mytab. Android 2.2.

It came with a game raging thunder ii. I would like to delete it but the usual app management options dont work. Ie no uninstall option available.l

Unfortunately manufacturers put all sorts of annoying shit on Android devices which cant be deleted.
