UBI has been taken over by TVPlus and much is in limbo at the moment.
According to information posted that should be sorted out very soon.

For your parents you might be better off subscribing to a proper (paid) IPTV provider with simple and user friendly set top box.
Quick google reveals few options one of them is "Balkan TV" they provide Dune box and streaming HD content (at least that's what they claim). I am sure there are more options available, a bit of researching will give you more options with different price level.
If you have good enough internet connection HD content will play nice.

I'm setting up nettv as soon as I get my dreambox from leroy, found a bloke that I paid $65 for a 1 year key, I'm sure this can also be done for free but I don't mind paying for someone to do the work for me
