Change to wasting of support service time
This is to advise that any support requests to Austech that ask a question which is already recently answered on the site or is easily accessed via the FAQ link will no longer be replied to. If we dont reply to your email within 48 hours, chances are we wont be replying at all.
A large proportion of support email questions can be answered yourself simply by reading or searching the forum. Reading the FAQ link on the toolbar answers most questions.
Having said that, we are more than happy to reply to ANY unlisted issue, however try having a look around or a search before contacting us. Austech does not employ full time support staff, Austech has volunteers.
Support email one liners such as "account wont work" etc with no other text will also be ignored. We dont employ psychics , make a reasonable effort to tell us what the problem is.
