Nope, never had a problem with my 2.3m.
In fact Ive even recieved it with a 1.6m solid dish before.
I thought the transponder for Australia Network Asia was too weak for anybody with a 2.3m or below on the east coast? But I did a scan today and am picking it up almost loud and clear. Nothing has changed has it or has this always been the case? I'm also getting the 3940H stuff with a bit of pixelation with my 2.3m.

I got everything on IS8 C-band with a c-band LNB sticky-taped in front of my Ku-band feed.
Easy done, thanks guys.
Better with 2.4m or more C-Band dish, pity that I have 1.8m version which receives very few pixel noises that BCC World has suffered with 51% signal quality and does show it sometime. But solid dish is absolutely the best as I'm gradually against mesh versions. Well, very hard to get 2.4m-plus solid ones here.
