    Default Nexus 7 16GB Tablet

Just bought one of these suckers, at $300 and for the buck, it's incredible.
It's running JellyBean and is a quadcore tablet.
The size is 7 inch and it came with $25 credit with google play.
I downloaded riptide (wave racer n64) and it flies.
The screen is awesome both to look at and use. (keyboard layout is excellent)

Only downside is no screen protectors/covers as yet, but it's very new.

I love the ability of draggin and droppin my files, ie not having to convert for ipad use.

These are scarce at the moment, but a new shipment should be on the way soon.

Do yourself a favour and have a look, if you are thinking of a tablet.

    Also no bloatware.

Where did you buy it ? Any links to more about it ? 7 inch is a bit small for my liking, I wonder if they have a 10 ?

I might make my next phone a Nexus after reading a bit about them recently.

It seems its also made by Asus, which is great as they make some seriously good stuff like the Transformer tablet.

It would seem thats its a pretty good unit, especially at that price with quality hardware in it.

I bought it at PLE, (Perth shop)
but JB Hi Fi and EB Games usually have them.

Exactly as you have said, great hardware $300 bucks, the 7 inch I reckon is perfect Good to play the games, and watch the movies,

They are getting good reviews everywhere, but if you dont want to spend that much, I got one of these for my daughter,

Not as advanced as the Nexus but good all rounder for music, games and browsing for the $$$

I have a 7" Google Nexus also and it is fast operating compared to my older 7" Galaxy, the quad core has no delay...great for impatient people. I find the 7" much more mobile than the 10 Galaxy. I was looking for a 7" Galaxy for that reason but i don't think they are made anymore. The Nexus will slide into leg or top pocket at work, can't do that with 10" .... i am very happy with the Nexus , value for money they are probably better than Galaxy, although if they bring out a 7 " Galaxy with similar specs to Nexus it will do me, i have the older 7" Galaxy supplied by employers and it is a great machine also.
