Ok all im in the market to buy a EEE PC i noticed a new model one that has a 4gb hardrive with 16gb lfash inbult as well as the 9inch screen.Should i buy that or is anotehr model being released ?i heard HP are making one anyone know anything about that..

For the new model i was quoted 700 is this good?

Whats the big deal about these, for the cost of one of these you can buy a basic laptop with 80 to 120 gb hard and a gig of ram ???

They weigh 1Kg. They're tough and they're surprisingly fast (no moving media). The better cheaper Macbook air.

My application is a travel PC. Try lugging a $600 PC brick around with you

it really depends on you. If you have the money & what you are going to use it for. For me my budget is in the $300.00 mark. It also happens that it's compact & light which is a bonus.
