    Default HDD FAT re-build Software

    Hi All
    Is there any software or work around to reconstruct or repair the file allocation table on a laptop ide HDD to read the data files.

    A program called RecoverMyFile....Not too hard to use.

    Ok, did this program actually restore your FAT, or did it simply recover your lost files?

    i know that program and as it says, it only recovers files.

    If you want to reconstruct/resuurect

    Thats all I wanted to do, get to the files as the FAT was corrupted.
