infinity usb

I am using infinity usb on a computer running windows xp and when I want to add a file to it the programmer closes, had it running on windows 7 and it works fine also had it running on a laptop that has xp on it and it works. Anyone know what is causing this to happen?

Problem solved. Found that I had to untick the box in the properties compatibility which asks run this program in compatibility mode for
