Default Navcore 9.485 for most devices

Since there is a new Navcore out I, once again, offer them prepatched and ready to use for most models.
Make a full backup of your current system using Windows Explorer before changing anything!!
All include the skinchooser and quickfix downloader in the menu, tha last only works with live devices or if you have your mobile connected and set up.
All versions include all possible emulations, so be careful what emu you choose, by default it start in the native mode for your device.
To change the emulation select the skin chooser on the last page of the menu,
select the emulation of your choice and confirm with a double tap in the center of the screen.

What are the different versions for :
GO version is for all devices of the GO range and the first choice for all other too if you need a full menu with all options available.
Memory boost version is for devices with only 32mb Ram, like the ONE series.
Memory boost and Hardwired sound (HS) is for devices with 32mb Ram that stay silent when a computervoice is used.
HS only for 64mb device like XL Live in case they stay silent with a computer voice.
XL version is the last resort for XL and XL Live models if all other fails.

    Tipps and tricks :
The available emulations are stored inside the file "reskin" in the folder "skins" - you can edit it with a normal texteditor but make sure not to save any file extension.
In case your device freezes or has a reboot loop with a new emulation it means this emu is compatible.
To solve it replace your current reskin file with the one from the archive,
edit the line and remove the emulation that caused the problem,
try the skinn shooser and select a different emulation.

Memory boost versions will start slower and might have some slow response times after the start, this will go away after a few minutes of use.

The fullbackup is created from my device and has Katrin, Kate and Susan as computer voices included.
Several fun voices as well, but you need to activate some of them.
I also replaced the mctx.dat file with one that works with my TMC antenna and the available stations.

No idea why it is not in englich, but there is only one box where you can enter a password, right next to it there is a button "weiter" - click it after entering the password.

If you have a backup with working computer voices simply overwrite it with my version.
In case you are not sure use my backup.
The X10 can be fuzzy at times, if the backup does not give computer voices try the hardwired sound version.

Thanks mate, it fixed the issue but I noticed G710 just turns itself on with both 9.485FB.rar and 85normal.rar.
    Already tried the suggested solution but no luck;

"To solve it replace your current reskin file with the one from the archive,
edit the line and remove the emulation that caused the problem,
try the skinn shooser and select a different emulation".

How long from shut down to restart?
    You could try this:
Create a textfile with a value in seconds in it, e.g. 240
save as "suicide.dat" in the root of your device.
After 240 seconds the device will turn from standby to total off.
Just keep the time below what it takes for the reboot.

Approximately takes 5-6 minutes from shutdown to automatocally restarting again. So when I press power button to turn g710 off it really just goes to sleep Mode?
Just notice that sucide.dat is already in the root of my card with the value of "1800" in it
    Thanks for the help.

If you have the file already it must be from one of my Navcores
It is currently set to 30 minutes, a time that seemmed reasonable to me.
Change the 1800 to 240 and try again.
Now the device shuold go to fully off before it has a chance to restart.
If that still does not help there must be something elase wrong as the restart is caused by the watchdog reporting a problem.
Just in case try a hard reset followed by the TT Clear Flash Utility.

Thanks for the prompt reply Downunder.
Just reset the time to 240 and will report back success or failure after trying other two methods if times doesn't help.

    Hi Downunder,
I tried the FB on my 910 but watchdogtrace reports: "The stack appears to be corrupt."
It keeps rebooting. Do you know what's wrong?
I've tried several navcores from the 9 series untill know, but they all go down in the rebooting loop. With 2 of them I managed to get untill the Map options. But after I choose a map, it starts rebooting again.
    Thnx in advance,
    910user.

The X10 series is knwn to be complicated.
I assume you still use the original HDD and not a CF card?
If you tried several V9 Navcores I would to know what bootloader is installed on the device.
You can try 9.430 that I modified for X10 devices, but apart from a lot of downloads I got no feedback for it.

I've replaced the HDD for a CF card last year. V8 navcores are working perfectly (TTuser navcores). The bootloader is 5.5....
I've just tried 9.101 SE; when I'm loading one of the Europe maps (all activated) it's starts rebooting again. When I'm loading the Canary Islands map it's working. But when I change back to one of the other maps; it starts rebooting again, in a loop.
