Best TV software for Vista?

I've got a laptop i take to work (nightshift) and i have watched all my DVD's over and over. Now I want to see if I can watch TV on it. Its a fairly new Laptop with Vista O/S.

I get to sit for hours during my shift with nothing to do. I cant even watch the tennis because its on at night here which means I am not home when its on.

Does anyone know any software I can use to get spots or TV on my laptop?
