Default WDTV Live Streaming web browser

Found this via whirlpool and the WDTV forums...

There is a google browser built into WDTV live streaming player (the latest one).
Go to setup, then about, and then press the search button on the remote (bottom left).
Voila! I plugged in a keyboard and mouse and it all works. I had a quick play at BBC iplayer (still no go) and tried sbs on demand but I needed flash and it wouldn't download it.
Anyway hopefully this will bring some new tricks hacks etc etc.

Yes I just plugged in a spare keyboard in the back and a mouse in the front and they both worked, I might try and pick up a cheap wireless set.

Better to just use it as a "Mirroring Device" if that can be done?
If u want to go on an expedition get a Land Rover, if u want to come home from an expedition get a Landcruiser!

I have my tv hooked up to my main computer but that is in my living room so I can watch stuff on my bedroom tv via my main computer, but if I could be able to control the WDLive via a keyboard and mouse I wouldn't have to get up all the time.

    thanks for the help.

Regarding the keyboard and mouse hookup. I did get it all set up and the keyboard worked perfect, but I couldn't find the curser on the mouse.
Any ideas regarding that. I know it works but I couldn't find the curser.

    thanks again everyone
