I bought a GPS by Vision with two navigators installed - IGO 8.3 and Garmin. Then I decided to make the upgrade of IGO 8.3 to IGO Primo with 2011/2012 maps. First it doesn't work at all, it started to lauch and then appeared a "Fatal Error". Looking in the crash file I saw the message: "WinCE CallStack snapshot (function names unknown - map file \residentflash\primo\Primo.map not found)"
As I don't use Garmin navigator, I decided to delete it and leave only IGO Primo. Now it launch completely, but I can't navigate. The only thing I can do is click on "view map" and then another window appears with this message:
Fatal Error occurred in main thread
Address: 0x00055f28
Exception: 0xc0000005
This time I don't know what it means.
Anybody? Any idea?

Hello, Bazzle. I am in Brazil, and I already solved the problem. As nobody came to give me an answer, I started looking in other forums in the Internet and I found a guy saying anything about the resolution value. He told the person who posted the question where to look for those values, so I went there too. The guy who answered suggested the resolution 800x480 for IGO Primo, and mine was too low from that value and I took the risk to change it and that was it! Now the navigator lauch completely and show everything fine. I even took it with me a few minutes later to test it and it did function perfectly. Now I am reading its manual to get to know its resources. Thanks a lot anyway. Luiz Fernando (Lufa)
OK, well done.
