ZTE - T6 mobile phone/no audio when downloading vid's to PC

I have a 2yr old telstra T6 phone. I can shoot vid's no prob's but when I use "join me" to upload vid's to my PC the audio on the vid isn't there. If I replay the vid on the phone the sound IS audible. Any ideas. I've checked the ZTE website for updates but the latest version of JOIN ME is the one I got with the phone when new in 2010. I have also tried 3 times to use the "contact us" on the ZTE website but NO response after 1 week. Thing is I really like the phone and like most peolpe ...I think.... I hate buying a new phone and learning to use it all over again. Fair enough I've dropped it a fair few times (who hasn't) but still works other than the fact the screen freezes on occasion and sometimes turns itself off (even with charged battery, I bought new batt' to eliminate this prob but still persists). On the whole it works normally. ALL help appreciated.
