well they are local thats good, and if you pay by paypal you can lodge a dispute if the product is no good. Its only 33.00, i lost $200 on a china company on ebay that suxs, i say go for it
How safe is it to purchase this via paypal? There have been a few of these no history eBay Sellers selling similar recently. No sell history, should I be concerned. I am sick of paying microsoft through the teeth in order to purchase map packs. Anyone else found somewhere reputable to buy points for much cheaper then Microsoft's retail price.

Doesn't pay pal cover you if it is a scam ??
I would never buy thing from guys with zero feedback
When you do things right, people won't be sure that you have done anything at all

Yeah I think Paypal should cover it if anything goes wrong. I'll give it a shot and let you know the result. Thanks All!!
He has 8 sold and has no feedback ?
Spend a few more dollars and buy from someone with some feedback.
Or risk your $33 and cross your fingers. Yes Paypal will probably cover you but you wont be seeing your money back for months.

Statistically, if you wait long enough, everything will happen!
58 people got caught llike me. Avoid this seller at all costs!! Sanity you were right. Oh well Paypal should refund me. Worth a try to see if this person was decent. Obviously not.

Sanity at that point people's items could have been in the post. I only give feedback once the item is in my hands. I bought on the same day the listing first appeared. When there was about 8 sold. They could have been like me waiting for their parcel to arrive before giving feedback. Little did they know nothing was gonna show up.
This sale has been removed on Ebay
He has 58 sold, and only 1 negative,
I would of thought he would of been unregistered by ebay, if what you are saying is true.
I would say thats coming and also a blacklist by PayPal I hope.
I just hate that there is this type of people lurking around eBay. I've only had one other poor experience with eBay. I love what eBay has to offer generally. I just hate the battle when this happens. Glad its only a small amount this time.
Paypal are owned by Ebay, I bet ebay don't mind when this happens, I'd imagine there would probably be at least a million dollars in dispute at anyone time. That is why ebay/paypal would love disputes, holding on this sort of money would generate some interest.
That is whats commonly know as trying to look for a positive on an ad that stinks of negatives
Zero feedback
Selling an item far far cheaper than anyone else selling the same item
Dubious sales figures
You will get your money back in 2-3 months, but personally I dont think it was worth it in the first place considering all the warning signs.
I agree its unfortuntate there are people out there that do it, but thats the reality of life today. Ebay is not too bad, I have very little problems
in nearly 10 years on there. I am selling a caravan on ebay and gumtree at the moment, cant wait for the potential scammers on that one
A caravan hey?
Hmm Ok I've released my funds to my carrier, all you need to do is pay $200 to transfer the money into your account,
I'm also paying $500 more for your item.
Got a refund via Paypal. A big plus for Paypal, pretty quick too. Took your advice Sanity and bought points via a reputable seller with feedback. Thanks Sanity. Got points within an hour and they worked as well which was a bonus!! Very Happy Now!!
I think you'll be find because if it is truly a scam you can just dispute it and you will get all your money back from paypal so don't worry about it.
EDIT: Looks like you bought it already?
Do some searching around, don't settle on one thing right away. If there IS a problem, contact paypal to request a charge back. Save yourself the hassle though and take a little bit of extra time to find a reputable product.
