I've heard you can install a small program which emulates the internal GPS as internal one. Once it's done you can run anything with it, which has an external GPS option in configuration.
    Including TomTom.

i have a n95 8 gig, you can get tom tom on it, and run with an extral antenna,
You can supposedly get a software that looks at the internal and emulates a virtual bluetooth gps using that info . But for life of me i cant get it to work with tomtom ( i see the info just tomtom wont) . so i stick with the external .

When they relase tomtom 6.03 or 6.04 they will have internal gps support.

route 66 is the on ly software that seems to run flawless, but i preffer tomtom.

TomTom works with the N95 internal GPS, there's a thread somewhere in this forum which gives details, or you can look at ipmart forum.

Ditto...might be helpful also if you make notes as you go while installing as it can be a bit confusing.

I have had these working on the N95 with internal gps.

    Garmin Mobile XT
    Sygic McGuider
    Route 66
    Nokia Maps
TomTom with a bit of mucking around.

Navigon Mobile Navigator is also supposed to work with the N95 internal gps but I haven't tried it yet.
