anyone got a user manual for route 66

Hi all, Just wondering if anyway has at there disposable a downloadable ...manuel for route 66 gos..I got a gps but no navigation guide manual come with it ..

A manual for all the other jargon come .. eg. Mp3 player, video. dvd. and all the other crap but no Notes on how to set up the navigation side of it..

even to the extent of turning "ON" the GPS device".

any help appreciated once again Thanks ..Ben

I'd love to help,what's the gps type,you probably don't need a manual as its self explanitory. perhaps the gps dosnt start up,could be the sd card initilisation wording or the port string.

Hi guys thanks for the offers ..

I am not sure on the actual brand as its a chinese model made for ITA. so I guess its a ITA brand ..I have other details in a previous thread under "newbie needs advice " a few days ago....The problem I have I can get it to fire up

But I cant get into the navigation menu .. and it comes up with a msg . "Cant connect to gps device" Run without GPS"

I have enclosed a few pics so you can get a idea of what type it is..

And hopefull y be able to get it going ..The ones I have had before ,you just plug it in and away you go ,but this thing has me stuffed...

Tried again but it keeps coming up with the message .

" cant connect with GPS reciever :, Make sure GPS reciever is turned on "

Then it says "RETRY" or ' Continue with no GPS ..

Then a chart comes up with No GPS ""

I think this thing is ripe to Trash ..;-(

Check on GPS staus it has gone to GPS reset and will not change from that ..

Why don't you get intouch with the other buyers from the sellers feedback and ask them how it works if the seller will not help you.
