Prices are gone crazy.
A scam by the look of it. 0 feedback and a tablet for $28 including postage.
Scammers dont always go for big money in one go. if you can get a few hundred @$28 its just as good to them.

could have been a stock offer from a cancelled order or similar, 7" tablets start at around USD $22, this spec though is closer to USD $40 (ex factory prices) so there's either more to the story, or it's a big scam, I'd probably lean toward it being suss though
Probably it was an "Aakash" tablet. These devices are being produced in India and were designed by DataWind. An "Aakash" tablet has limited specs in order to be so cheap: It runs on Android 2.2, features a 7-inch resistive touch screen with 800-x-480-pixel resolution and has a 366-MHz processor, 256MB of RAM, 2GB of internal storage and a microSD slot to add more storage. It also has two USB ports for connecting accessories and a 3.5mm headphone jack for listening to music. "Aakash" tablets inbetween you can get in India for $38USD,

that's a more realistic price given what they cost, the existence of this ad possibly suggests the other is just a fraud attempt where they've knocked off the ad
.......and here they are again, albeit 50 cents more...
