For Supercoach it is always partial lockout I thought... rolling lockout actually.

"ALL-NEW 2013 ROLLING LOCKOUT - edit your starting line-up of 22 players prior to the start of, AND right through each round up until your players' actual, individual AFL matches get under way - by making trades, substitutions, starting line-up and Emergency player changes; "

    Dreamteam is a partial lockout.

and with regards to Blicavs... many think he may be stuck at 1 or 2 games for the whole season but all the ruck rookies are in a similar situation unless there are injuries.

See for a guide on the rookies.

How did we all go after round one? Anyone planning on doing any trades this week?

I am so tempted to pull the trigger on Zorko and Roughead..........but I think I can resist the temptation.

I'd keep roughhead but zorko should come good, I chose rocky over zorko purely on exp

Thanks, it just came down to picking the right players for that round. I did some quick maths and if I had Viney on the field I wold of been ranked 14th overall.

It's caught me by surprise a little but this round is for real blokes!

The season has started, and I'm looking forward to battle with SPARTA!!

Good luck and full sides to all 8-)

I won't be much of a challenge, still fixing my team.

Have had a little win, running the Captain loop hole, unless McAffer is a late inclusion, I'll have Dean Cox's 171 as captain...

of course the rest of my guys are playing shit.

I keep forgetting about the captain loophole, now it will work each round.

The captain's loophole is hard to implement though, you need the vice captain to play an earlier game than a non-starting player, if you do have that, put the C on the non-starting player and put him on the field and cover him with an emergency player.

Of course you also need to have a decent captain selection available if your vice-captain fails.

I'm glad I did not jump on the karnezis band wagon as he ended up being a dud. I'm going to see how hanley goes, could be a handy upgrade option.

Anyone thinking about brining leuy in? could be a direct swap and make some cash for a kreuzer downgrade

The captain loop hole is difficult to implement....and I haven't bothered with it yet.....although I would have rather had Cox as Captain than Ablett.....8-(

I mostly failed choosing Delidio as captain over my usual selection of Swannie.
