Default Fox Sports, Viewers Choice, Morons

I pay for HD foxtel. I want to watch our Australia C side in HD in India but they are on viewers choice in SD.
    They are currently showing:
Fox 1 HD, NRL game domestic comp in HD. Small ground, big white ball.
Fox 3 HD, A League domestic comp in HD. Small ground, big white ball.
Fox 2 HD, Rugby union in HD on viewers choice, small ground big white ball.
Fox 2 HD, international cricket in SD with viewers choice, big ground, small red ball.
Fox 2 SD, golf in SD with viewers choice, frigging paddocks, tiny white ball.

Who allocates the bandwidth/viewers choice programs on fox sports? Obviously no-one who understands sports.

that explains why I can't be bothered with foxtel any more
their service has got worse as time has gone on
worst thing is that there isn't any one else who can show what I want

Why can fox get rid of viewers choice & fox sport plus & just add fox sports 4, 5, 6, 7 & 8 etc..?

Is there some technical reason as I am sure people would like to record sport on viewers choice.

better than getting it on delay though... that's what Sky NZ do (though they do put stuff on Sky Sport Highlights some times)

Some of us like to watch Soccer and not really interested in Cricket
Last time they did ratings soccer was getting more ratings than cricket

The news comes on the back of a boom season of the A-League. After seven rounds of the 2012-2013 season, ratings for Fox Sports' live and exclusive coverage of the competition are tracking 35 per cent higher year-on-year compared with the 2011-2012 season, reaching over 1.8 million viewers.

I spent Sunday arvo at Perth oval watching my beloved Glory get beaten all over the ground by the yellow sheep
The A League is making huge ground in sport in Australia. Ten teams is the perfect number for a football competition. My young bloke manages to play both soccer and afl and its funny how he can tell me the best few players from each club in soccer but can't do the same with the sport he loves the most thanks to an 18 team competition. And giving some broadcast rights to SBS next year is a winner in my book.

But back to foxtel. Cricket should be the last sport on the list to drop to HD. Nowadays the game demands a HD broadcast with reviews etc (even in India). And I pay a premium for it. I like all my sport in HD but if something has to give (why???) I think either football/soccer/rugby should go before cricket. At least you can still see the ball clearly

The last and only time I actually had a Viewer TV survey was before aggregation and all we had was the ABC and the Commercial channel so you can imagine who got the highest number of viewers, even for the Test Pattern and Epilog.
I stand unequivicably behind everything I say , I just dont ever remember saying it !!

With regional audiences included the result exceeded the million mark, with SBS recording an average national audience of 1,034,000.

will find foxtel numbers as well and add to above

The Socceroos delivered SBS its highest rating program so far this year with more than 1.5 million Australians tuning in to see them qualify for the 2014 FIFA World Cup with a 1-0 victory over Iraq on Tuesday night.
NOT TO ADD Foxtel and internet
