I think your neighbour is gonna be pretty pissed when you 'trim' his tree and it doesn't work.

How tall is the tree... 15-20 metres?

How do you plan to cut the top off it?

Got insurance to cover any damage to neighbours and your own property... and yourself?

Luckily one mate got his mate who is licensed tree lopper and he is going to bring all the gear and do all the cuttings. Neighbor won't be worried as this is very big yard and won't notice much and I have hardly seen them around that place.

mtv, you have opened my eyes...now that's for sure I am not going the tree cutting option.
Now moving to the option 2. There is very huge empty backyard just right infront of my small back yard where my dish is. I went to them and asked them for a favor if I can install a pole and dish as I have problems in my location and they were happy for that but they have to check with the owner ,which he suppose to call me and tell me if I can or not? Will wait for him today or tommorow and hopefuly by this weekend it is either BIG NO or YES...

    Thanks

If you can do that and it gives you a clear signal path.... all good.

I have recently moved to this new town house and I had a doubt that I may or may not get Asiasat3s signals.

I have tried whole day and couldn't get the quality more than %8-9. I have not given up yet and want to try once more before I giveup.
I would like to move the dish straight back around 8-9 meters back and see if I can get the signals there?

There are trees as you guys can see in the attached pics but they are not very close they are 2-3 units far and I was thinking if they still obstruct the asiasat3s signals?

Anybody can please confirm me ASAP if I can move the dish back 8 meters and can get the signals for ASIASAT3S?
    Thanks in advance

    From horst,
having 5 dishes up myself, your dish needs to be 1 meter higher and 2 meter to the left, the tree's are the problem.
    have a good day
.ps, if that is not possible, you can use the internet by using mediathek downloading channels on your computer.
I use this if nothing else I can use.

Wonder if he's been too busy watching satellite TV to respond.

    Hi all,

I think somebody here said I was busy watching IPTV....so, that's true I was just accidentally searching for other options and luckily found one forum discussion about streaming channels. From that day uptill yesterday found thousands of channels and believe me in HD quality streaming. It only gives me glitches occasionally but mostly very smooth and very clear same result as watching on satellite dish.
I am getting all , I should say triple of channels I was struggling to get this dish up and about to watch.
I am very happy. If somebody needs info on that, let me know. But through this plugin I am mostly watching all the countries and most of them are working.

MORAL- Never giveup and search for different/other source.

    Cheers

It is Tsmedia plugin, if you guys know. I wasn't sure before I installed it what it does? but after I installed it there is another battle for hunting nice streaming links for the channels you are interested. Although there are lots of cahnnels and On demand videos and you tube stuff there.

So, for me I searched and luckily found all the channels streamings from one of the forum which they took from one of the box or IPbox in the market which provides HD streaming.

So, basically I put these streams into the user streams and all running as watching on satellite dish and even more channels than that.

But if you find a stream you are interested you better install XML Stream software and Snipper software which actually capture the live link and you copy that link and paste into XML Stream and click to fix the link and than transfer your streams to DM.

But this was quick intro. There's lot more...let me know if anybody interested and I will provide further info...

It depends what channels or country streams you are after? do you have Tsmedia plugin installed in your dm?
