    Default Firmware upgrade/ power on issue with SAMSUNG LCD TV LA40A550P1FXXY

    Upgrade firmware via USB on SAMSUNG LCD TV LA40A550P!FXXY, the TV said that the upgrade was successful although now it won't turn on.

    The LED blinks 5 times when TV is turn on and repeat for 3 cycles. It just blinks when you press any button on the remote, cannot go into service mode.

    Please advise are there any solution to this issue, thanks.

    I tried a solution from GOOGLE as follows:

    (1) Connected a Ex-link (serial) cable from my PC to the Service port on the TV.
    (2) Run MTKTool to flash the Samsung firmware T-AMBDAU.

    However, MTKTool displays error: "Baudrate AutoSet Failed!!! Please reset target board."
    and the log shows the TV sends: Enter MBL..[0001] when it blinks on power up.

    I am not able to get into debug mode of U-boot, any suggestions?
