Default Ipod Touch and Foxtel Go

I have downloaded successfully the Foxtel Go App onto my ipod touch 4gen
    It works fine.
When connecting through a dock into the back of an LG surround system
that has an input function for ipod only the sound works on the tv and no video
    Any ideas?
Does foxtel go App not support video out ?
Perhaps I have not set video setting on ipod correctly or
do I need a particular cable for it work and will this cable charge the ipod as well?

    Any help would be appreciated

    Default

if you read the FAQ on the foxtel website, it says that the app does not support video out - ie - you can't hook the o/p of the device onto a TV.

I don't know if there is a work around on this or not via a jailbroken unit or not.

Try unrestrictpremium cydia app. (device needs to be jailbroken.) I used it a while ago to bypass the restriction to allow video out onto my apple tv
