necro bump.
I haven't yet connected the rf receiver+keyfob to the panel..not sure why I stopped tinkering! Probably sick of hanging out with dead spiders.

Anyways, anyone know what could be causing this:

My panel calls me @ 2am...anyone know where the setting is to change this Save me going through the books!

What is it calling you for? If you have set it up for self monitoring then you need to do Menu 703

yeah its self monitoring/back to bodgy. It's just calling to give me a system update during sleep hours, lol @ the default time, good game sir.

I took a call yesterday from a woman in Western Sydney who was asleep when their house was broken into. She has a newborn child.
Thieves stole two cars, all of their keys and remotes as well as other valuables.

They had a cheap DIY camera system which captured no images of any practical use. They had an alarm system which was 'self-monitored' and proved worthless.

We will be taking extra good care of them but unfortunately they have learned a very painful lesson about the right and wrong way to go about family protection.
