How can we have any idea if you don't provide any useful infos ????
Since both apps are completely independent from each other I suspect a user fault here

User fault I’ll say you correct mate, OK I have a 2 DIN WCE 5.0 unit, tried both apps Primo 2.4 & TT 7.910 with 9185 map one at a time & both work fine, made & installed two folders on the SD card one for Primo & one for TT. The Primo works fine but TT comes up “no map found” as if the map was not patched so I had a look in TT to double check if all is good & found the .bif file & the map .dct file was OK. I’m doing something wrong!!

Make things easy for yourself and discard TT
TT is outdated, offers only the most basic features and IMHO is only worth it if you came from a TT PNA and can't get used to IGO/Primo.
No maps found usually means (for CE) that the location of the map folder is incorrect.
What folder did you add to make it shit itself?

I'm pretty sure the TomTom map folder needs to be at the root level on your SD card, not within the TomTom folder.

    Cheers, Ian

No folder added, just put TT in one app & Primo in another app.

    Thanks Jards88 I'll try that
