ERT Channel off D2 - Audio no video

Hi

My Mother in law is reporting that on one of her DVB-S boxes that she's getting ERT Audio but no video. The other one being fine.

Does anyone know if the ERT channel has gone Mpeg4 lately (like possibly over the weekend? And would a video encoding like that just change without a rescan?

I only suspect that her STB is not capable of mpeg4 - but need to confirm it.

Is there any thing else that could cause this?

Both audio & video working fine for me.

Suggest try to retune.
