I'm looking to update the default radio on my car with a Chinese import.
is the particular unit I'm thinking of but in discussions with the seller he has asked if I have a 'Optical Ampliphier'.
I know my vehicle has an Optical Audio Loom but cannot track down any info on an Optical Ampliphier. (It may well be part and parcel of the original radio). I seems that if my vehicle does in fact have an Optical ampliphier then I need to purchase a similar item, It's only an extra GBP50 so it's not a major concern but I would still like to know, can anyone throw any light??
