    Default Dr.Web CureIt

    Doctor Web is the Russian developer of Dr.Web anti-virus software. Doctor Web is one of the few anti-virus vendors in the world to have its own technologies to detect and cure malware.
    Current latest release of not restricted Home-User-License is Dr.Web CureIt 8. Dr.Web CureIt runs in an own VM thus it's guaranteed it scans running processes too. Also the HOSTS file is scanned.
    Supported Windows OSs: Windows 8, Windows 7, Windows Vista, Windows XP, Windows 2000 .

    I have never heard of this program. Perhaps because I'm from the U.S.? Could you possibly link up some articles, so I can learn more about it? New antivirus programs always make me nervous, because there are quite a number of viruses that disguise themselves as such.
