    Default wii problem loading disc

    G'day all,

just a quick not to ask if anyone has experienced this problem. Got Wii modified last weekend and received a Gecko in the mail yesterday. Attempting to make a backup and i get as far as where it says on Wii waiting for responce from PC. I then goto eject the boot disc and the Wii will not accept a new discb(the one I wanna dump) , does not even attempt to load it.

    Anyone had this problem ?

    Cheers

Does it do this after you eject any disk or only when you try to use the gecko?
What would you do if your server was stolen or failed beyond repair?

Hmm, hopefully someone can come up with an answer for you. Its got me stumped why it would do that.

yeah it is a strange one , have you tried changing the steps ? boot up wii then put in gecko ? etc , mix it around a bit and see what happens ?

Yer I have tried and been kinda successfull.. I have to push the disc in about 3/4 of the way and then it takes it in, very strange behaviour... But I have managed to rip 1 game so far And it plays fine.

How can you tell if a game is dual layer ?

Also managed to get it to connect to wifi once, no go since Just ordered a usb - network adapter so that will/should fix that problem...

    Thanks for the input guys..
