unfortunately, i dont know where the log is stored for vlc, as i dont use it myself, but seems fairly reliable for live streams... i looked in c:\users\loginname\appdata\roaming\vlc, but dont see anything that could be a log.
im guessing youve disabled firewall rule by now anyhow.

no its down because the stream is already removed due to "DMCA" violation
anyway its not complicated to rip the urls for yourself. Just download urlhelper, open it, click start, then open any veetle stream the url to the stream will pop up. Click stop then copy and paste the url into VLC from the clipboard put it or whatever device you want to play it on.
