    Default Vulkano still good ?

I was just browsing streaming solutions for my satellite receiver since I not have a Samsung Galaxy Note 2 phone and Ipad..

I researched Vulkano about 2 years ago and that was the best solution..

I've noticed the budget Vulkano model is now selling locally for only $65

Just wondering is there any new product thats competiting with Vulkano besides Slingbox ?

i might pull the trigger on the Vulkano since its much cheaper than last time I saw them when you had to import them from the states.

don't know about the budget one, but i have the standard vulkano and it works fine with my G3 and android tablet. bear in the mind you have to buy the app, which adds a bit of cost.
