I can probably upload these for you.. But before i do..
    i must ask some questions.

Did you delete the whole VSH Folder?

or did you only delete the Resource and Module folders?

(Is the ETC folder still intact?)

If you have only messed up the Resource and Module folder it can be fixed the way you want it to. If you messed up the etc folder you wont be able to fix it without re-installing your firmware with dc3-5

You can access the recovery menu right ? If so you can run a installer from it and start again.

    "Run program at /PSP/GAME/RECOVERY/EBOOT.PBP"

    Slim or chunky PSP ?

    M33 3.90 flash0 backup

Only use the files you need. Some files are individual to each PSP and will brick.

You really should just get a pandora battery.

You will need to make a magic memory stick. Grader will make the memory stick for you. Very easy to use auto installer program. Does all the special formating for you. No need to have a FAT PSP to make it. You can get a Pandora battery from dealextreme for $11 USD shipped. The magic memory stick will bring your PSP back to a working state with custom firmware on it.

Yes, You will need pandora battery.. its pretty mandatory to have one incase your psp ever ****s up.

Also i had the same problem as you before... and its not a good idea to replace flash0 files from other's psp's outside of the vsh folder.. it would be better to re-install firmware.
