No I haven't setup a VPN would boxvpn work anyone got VPN working on 3g?
I did a google and it seems to be very vague on it no solid confirmation I could find.
Can you safely do torrenting on 3g with a VPN as well that would be good?

You'd either need to be using via a PC or router to setup a VPN on a 3g connection

I'd be using a PC with the USB 3g modem directly plugged in to PC's USB port is that possible for VPN on 3g?

Can you just stick the sim in a mobile phone and tether from the phone. I know with my Netflix, it goes through my apple tv and since I've changed all the dns settings on the atv I could connect to any internet connection, even the neighbours, hehehehehe

you can connect your PC to a VPN via 3G no problem, I do it all the time, most O/S's have some type of VPN support built in or many VPN providers provide a PC client you can use, Strong VPN have an easy to use client for PC, not sure if their service suits your needs, I'm using them right now to get past the Great Firewall of China and their service works well for me

just using a DNS service might be an issue as the 3G service doesn't have a real public IP, it's effectively part of a corporate WAN, the VPN gets around that issue
